Thanks to Margaret for flagging this up on her blog - it's an article listing six common misperceptions about teamwork. Throughout my career I've personally seen evidence that numbers 2, 3 and 4 really are myths, and I'd say misperception number 6 is a really useful one to bear in mind when line managing staff!
